Mina egna träningscheman. Låt dig inspireras!
Jag är ingen superfitnessdåre, utan mer av en glad entusiast som tycker att det är kul att utvecklas och att lära sig. Ändå har jag gladeligen tackat ja till ett speciellt ansvarsområde på jobbet. Nämligen att hålla i träningen som är 1,5h varje vecka.
Dock har ju jag ett litet problem som vissa kanske har förstått nu, nämligen att jag får hjärnsläpp när jag ska komma på övningar när jag väl är på plats. Därför har jag, på jobbet, valt att utforma små träningscheman, ritade av mig, föreställandes streckgubbar som visar den aktuella övningen.
Vi kan här och nu konstatera att jag inte kommer bli rik på min konst (fan) eftersom att streckgubbar säljan blir populära och att jag uppenbarligen gärna är överpedagogisk när det kommer till vissa speciella grejer, som att hålla i träningspass.
